Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; PMP certification preferred.
• 15–25 years of progressive engineering and design project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering projects.
• Define scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage contracts, subconsultants, and project profitability.
• Mentor and develop project managers and staff; drive risk management.
