Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and strategically manage complex engineering and design projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a track record delivering large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, with strong leadership, risk management, and client engagement skills to drive successful commissioning, handover, and long-term client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect license; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of large-scale projects.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality solutions.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, and communications.
• Lead proposals, pursuit activities, pricing, and contract negotiations.
