Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PE license required.
• 15–25 years of progressive engineering and design project management.
• Experience delivering large, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects.
• Define scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets in line with client goals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure quality and risk controls.
• Manage client relationships, meetings, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead proposals, pricing, and contracts; mentor staff and support BD.
