Job summary

HDR in the United States seeks a Senior Power Delivery Project Manager to lead and coordinate large multi-discipline projects across the full lifecycle. The role includes client relations, budget oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable power delivery solutions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of relevant experience, a PE license, and strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills. Some travel to field sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years related experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by the licensing board.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle.
• Manage large multi-discipline projects or medium-sized, technically complex projects with large staff.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to meet schedule and budget.
• Track financials and adjust efforts to meet budgets and schedules.
• Work with Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise large project staffs and mentor junior project managers.
• Perform other duties as needed.
