Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10 years related experience.
• Professional Engineer license (PE).
• MS Office and MS Project experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of multi-discipline teams through project lifecycle.
• Responsible for large projects with high technical complexity and staff.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload and ensure on-schedule deliverables.
• Track financials and adjust work effort within budget and schedule.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and supervise project staff.
• Mentor less-experienced project managers; perform other duties as needed.
