Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Senior Manager of POS Support to oversee day-to-day POS operations across 450+ sites and lead the phased move to a unified Micrologic platform. This role partners with Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, and vendors to ensure reliability, performance, and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-site POS environments.
• Experience with large technology conversions or enterprise implementations.
• Strong understanding of POS/payments tech, software support, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex issues under pressure and coordinate resolutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day POS support and system reliability across 450+ sites (DRB, Micrologic, ICS, Sonny’s).
• Serve as primary contact and escalation point for POS issues; communicate impact, status, and resolutions.
• Triage hardware, software, payments, and integrations; drive rapid, practical solutions.
• Establish standardized support practices across platforms for site and regional teams.
• Monitor platform performance; identify root causes; drive improvements to reduce incidents.
• Support the 24-month phased conversion to a unified Micrologic POS platform; assist readiness, training, and go-live support.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and vendors.
• Support reporting, access controls, data protection, and CRM capabilities related to POS platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement; prioritize backlog; manage vendor accountability and project milestones.
