Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Senior Manager, POS Support to ensure reliable day-to-day operation of POS across 450+ sites. You will guide the transition to a single Micrologic platform over the next 24 months, working with Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, and vendors.

This role blends systems expertise with field partnership, problem solving, and disciplined execution, measuring success by uptime, issue resolution, readiness for conversion, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site POS environments.
• Hands-on with DRB, Micrologic, IC, Sonny’s preferred.
• Experience with large technology conversions or enterprise migrations.
• Strong knowledge of POS, payments, reporting, and workflows.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–50%.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day POS support across 450+ sites, including multiple platforms.
• Serve as primary contact and escalation for POS issues, communicating impact and resolution.
• Triage and resolve hardware, software, payments, integrations, and system issues with urgency.
• Establish consistent support practices across platforms for reporting and help.
• Monitor platform performance and identify root causes to reduce incidents.
• Maintain documentation across all POS platforms.
