Job summary

System One is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative - Business Development to expand the Clover POS platform adoption in your assigned territory. You will conduct on-site demos, build relationships with business bankers, and close new business through proactive outside sales.

This quota-carrying role requires self-motivation, pipeline development, and a proven history of meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Must have proven outside sales experience with quota attainment.
• Strong prospecting, self-sourcing, and referral-generation skills.
• Ability to manage a territory and close deals with merchant clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell Clover POS to SMBs within the assigned territory.
• Manage a multi-branch territory and build banker referrals.
• Conduct on-site product demos and close sales deals in person.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to pipeline development and closing.
• Develop lasting client and partner relationships and meet KPIs.
