U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Portfolio Risk and Strategy Analyst to partner with multiple lines of business and RCA teams to build and oversee an effective risk management framework.

You will lead testing initiatives, translate results into actionable strategy enhancements, and monitor portfolio performance across Lending Services. You will collaborate with Finance and business lines on forecasting and reporting, and apply AI to improve decision‑making and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.
• Champion/Challenger testing experience in Lending Services.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for analytics and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Champion/Challenger testing across Lending Services lines such as Consumer, Mortgage, and Commercial.
• Translate test results into strategy enhancements and implementation recommendations.
• Analyze portfolio and program performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support goal setting, delinquency forecasting, and reporting with Finance and business lines.
• Explore AI capabilities to improve efficiency and insights in analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support strategy implementation and forecasting.
