You will lead a team delivering credible risk oversight and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations. The position emphasizes strategic advisory, cross-functional collaboration, and escalation of significant risk issues to governance forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in enterprise risk management, technology risk, operational risk, compliance, cybersecurity, AI risk, financial services, or related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in a large, highly regulated organization.
• Demonstrated experience engaging senior executives, governance committees, regulators, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to oversee risk management frameworks.
• Identify gaps and drive solutions to minimize regulatory exposure.
• Lead second-line oversight for AI risk governance and digital asset risk oversight.
