U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Portfolio Risk and Strategy Analyst to partner with Lines of Business and RCA teams to build and maintain a robust risk management framework.

You will lead testing initiatives across Lending Services, translate results into actionable strategy changes, and monitor performance and risks with cross-functional partners. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.
• Experience with Champion/Challenger strategy testing within Lending Services.
• Strong portfolio and program analytics experience with risk assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Champion/Challenger testing across Lending Services lines (Consumer, Mortgage, Commercial).
• Translate test results into actionable strategy enhancements and monitoring.
• Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support forecasting, goal setting, and reporting with Finance and business lines.
• Explore and apply AI capabilities to improve efficiency and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy implementation and governance.
• Provide clear recommendations to senior leadership and executives.
