U.S. Bank is seeking an AI and Emerging Technologies Risk Manager to coordinate AI use case intake, governance and oversight across WCIB and SLOD teams. You will guide risk assessments, ensure proper documentation, and lead remediation efforts to uphold compliance and operational integrity.

The role requires leadership, deep risk knowledge, and strong collaboration with senior stakeholders to translate policy into practical guidance and controls throughout the AI lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 10+ years of applicable experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, and audit competencies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary risk leader for WCIB AI use cases, pilots and POCs.
• Oversee AI use case portfolio documentation and governance.
• Translate policy requirements into actionable guidance for the business.
• Drive policy execution, registry records, monitoring and testing evidence.
• Identify governance gaps and drive remediation to maintain compliance.
• Lead assessment, escalation and remediation of AI risks and controls.
