Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Portfolio Risk and Strategy Analyst to partner with Lending Services and RCA teams to design and manage a risk framework and deliver actionable insights.

You will lead Champion/Challenger testing, analyze portfolio trends, and forecast performance with cross‑functional partners. Responsibilities include translating test results into strategy enhancements, supporting delinquency forecasting, and exploring AI-enabled analytics to improve efficiency and decision‑making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.
• Experience with Champion/Challenger testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Champion/Challenger testing across Lending Services, including Consumer, Mortgage, Commercial, Collections, Recovery, Repossession, and/or Loss Mitigation.
• Translate test results into strategy enhancements, implementation recommendations and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Analyze and monitor portfolio and program performance across Lending Services to identify trends, drivers, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support collections goal setting, delinquency forecasting, performance analysis and reporting with Finance and business lines.
• Apply AI capabilities to analytics, testing, reporting and process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategy implementation, forecasting and reporting.
