Responsibilities

• Provide senior second-line leadership for AI, generative AI, autonomous AI and other emerging technologies.
• Oversee AI risk classification and tiering framework.
• Lead second-line oversight supporting the Artificial Intelligence Policy and AI governance processes.
• Monitor trends, exceptions, and emerging risks to determine where enhanced oversight may be warranted.
• Maintain effective escalation and reporting of significant AI risk issues to governance forums.
• Lead second-line oversight of digital asset activities, including stablecoins, tokenized deposits and custody.
• Coordinate with BSA/AML, sanctions, fraud, consumer protection, third-party and cybersecurity risk partners for an integrated view of digital asset risk.
• Establish key risk indicators, monitoring and reporting for digital asset activities and elevate material risks to governance forums.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of emerging technologies and their implications for the Bank's risk profile.
• Advise senior risk leadership on trends requiring increased attention, governance, or oversight.
• Represent second-line perspectives in regulatory, audit and independent assessment activities.
