You will shape governance, classify risks, and provide independent challenge across second-line activities while coordinating with BSA/AML and cybersecurity teams to ensure regulatory readiness.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Significant leadership experience in a large, highly regulated organization preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication, judgment, influence, and organizational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line leadership for AI, digital asset and emerging technology risk oversight.
• Oversee AI risk governance, classification, tiering and governance processes.
• Monitor trends, risks and regulatory developments in emerging tech and digital assets.
• Coordinate with risk partners to provide an integrated view of digital asset risk.
• Represent emerging technology risk perspectives in regulatory, audit and independent assessment activities.
• Lead and develop a team of AI, digital asset and emerging technology risk professionals.
