• Experience selling to senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Originates and shapes complex sales opportunities and drives them to close.
• Builds and maintains relationships with C-level stakeholders across IT, CX, Operations, Finance, and Sourcing.
• Leads virtual pursuit teams and develops win strategies and close plans.
• Articulates a compelling value proposition aligned to client outcomes and industry context.
