Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors construction contractors and consultants; negotiates contracts, amendments, change orders, and authorizations.
• Coordinates with stakeholders including County Agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Supervises project managers and engineers; reviews plans, calculations, pay applications, invoices, and codes.
• Reviews progress; negotiates fees; designs projects; signs and seals documents and permits.
• Assists in bidding and contract development; ensures conformance to construction documents.
