Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages and negotiates construction and consultant contracts; oversees budgets, pay applications, and change orders.
• Reviews plans, specifications, and building code compliance; coordinates with County Agencies and stakeholders.
• Supervises project managers and engineering staff; reviews progress, invoices, and vendor performance.
