Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 4 years of relevant equivalent work experience.
• Experience in meat or like commodity sales and/or protein supply chain management preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills are a plus; excellent customer interaction skills; goal oriented; team player and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Sell Tyson Fresh Meats products and manage customer support activities to various customers to achieve financial and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maximize sales realizations and ensure optimal inventory position management.
• Drive value-added product sales and new customer development; maintain exemplary customer service.
• Collaborate with pricing, production planning, FSQA, export services, logistics, claims, credit and plant teams.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
