Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive international beef sales growth through direct customer engagement and oversight of global pricing and product management. The role requires building strong relationships with customers and internal teams across multiple markets.

You will lead development and execution of sales strategies, support international sales offices, and identify new opportunities while collaborating with Production Planning, Logistics, and Quality Assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years of sales experience required.
• 5+ years of industry sales required.
• Fresh Meats sales preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in a professional or community setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive international beef sales growth through direct customer engagement.
• Manage international sales offices and oversight of product management and pricing.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across global markets and build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production Planning, Pricing, Operations, Accounting, Quality Assurance, Export Documentation and Logistics.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand market share.
