Qualifications

• 5+ years in meat processing industry; supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, USDA and HACCP regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling expenses and ensure compliance with federal meat inspection and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate manpower needs and maintain prescribed records and reports.
• Lead and train production supervisors; manage shift operations.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food safety standards.
