Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the Quality Assurance Plan based on trends and risks.
• Analyze review results to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present QA reports and dashboards to leadership and partners.
• Support calibration and governance activities to ensure consistent underwriting quality.
