Job summary

Salem Podcast Network, a division of Salem Media Group, seeks a high-energy Senior Podcast Sales Executive to drive new business and grow revenue across our national podcast network. You’ll monetize premium podcast inventory through host endorsements, DAI, branded content, and sponsorships while building multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in national audio, podcast, digital media, or network/agency sales.
• Established national advertiser and/or agency relationships.
• Deep understanding of podcast ad formats: host endorsements, DAI, branded content, sponsorships.
• Strategic, consultative seller who builds integrated campaigns.
• Exceptional presentation skills and disciplined pipeline management.
• CRM proficiency and sales process discipline.

Responsibilities

• prospect and open doors with national brands, agencies, and organizations.
• sell premium podcast inventory and integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.
• bring existing client and agency relationships to revenue.
• navigate host endorsement process and approvals.
• develop prescriptive proposals translating data into measurable results.
• exceed revenue targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
