IES Communications is seeking a Senior Project Manager - PMO to oversee high-value telecommunications and infrastructure initiatives in Tempe, AZ. You will guide programs from initiation to completion, driving profitability, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or leadership experience.
• 5+ years in telecommunications, construction, low-voltage, or a related technical industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued at $8M+.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and risk management expertise.
• Experience working directly with customers and General Contractors.
• Passion for mentoring and developing other Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee large, complex projects valued at $8M+.
• Lead risk management, project recovery efforts, and critical issue resolution.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, KPIs, budgets, and profitability.
• Partner with Operations leaders and Project Managers to drive successful project outcomes.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers across the organization.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
