IES Communications is seeking a Senior Project Manager - PMO to oversee high-value telecommunications and infrastructure initiatives in Tempe, AZ. You will guide programs from initiation to completion, driving profitability, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or leadership experience.
• 5+ years in telecommunications, construction, low-voltage, or a related technical industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued at $8M+.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and risk management expertise.
• Experience working directly with customers and General Contractors.
• Passion for mentoring and developing other Project Managers.

In this role, you'll drive project success by managing risk, protecting profitability, resolving complex escalations, mentoring Project Managers, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Support and oversee large, complex projects valued at $8M+
• Lead risk management, project recovery efforts, and critical issue resolution
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, KPIs, budgets, and profitability
• Partner with Operations leaders and Project Managers to drive successful project outcomes
• Mentor and coach Project Managers across the organization
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards

What We’re Looking For
