Trupanion1 is seeking a Senior PMO Portfolio Analyst to drive analytics, resource visibility, and governance across the Technology portfolio. The role focuses on capacity planning, performance reporting, and decision support for leadership.

You will own forecasts, dashboards, and executive-level reporting, partnering with tech leaders to optimize prioritization and investments. Hybrid Seattle-area work arrangement offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in PMO ops, portfolio management, or analytics.
• Experience with resource planning, demand forecasting, and capacity analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and exec presentations.
• Familiarity with Jira/Planview/Smartsheet/MS Project preferred.

• Own and manage resource and capacity planning across the Technology portfolio.
• Develop forecasts and identify gaps, bottlenecks, staffing needs.
• Translate data into actionable insights for technology leadership.
• Support prioritization, sequencing, and investment planning.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting.
