Job summary

Trupanion in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior PMO Portfolio Analyst to own resource and capacity visibility across the Technology portfolio. Hybrid schedule with in-office presence at least 3 days a week.

You will develop forecasts, dashboards, and governance processes to support senior leadership decisions and improve PMO capabilities. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in PMO/portfolio roles and strong analytics, with experience in Jira, Planview, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in PMO/portfolio roles with analytics.
• Experience with resource planning and capacity forecasting.
• Experience developing dashboards and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own resource and capacity planning across the Technology portfolio.
• Develop forecasts and identify gaps and staffing needs.
• Translate data into insights for Technology leadership.
• Support project prioritization, sequencing, and investment planning.
• Maintain executive dashboards and portfolio reporting.
