Job summary

Trupanion, Inc. is seeking a Senior PMO Portfolio Analyst to drive advanced portfolio analytics, capacity planning, governance, and strategic decisions across the Technology portfolio. The role focuses on ownership of resource visibility and forecasting to support leadership decisions.

The position is open to Seattle, WA candidates with a hybrid schedule (in-office at least 3 days a week). You will collaborate with Technology leaders and finance on budgets, forecasts, and investment tracking,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in PMO, portfolio management, or related fields.
• Experience with resource and capacity planning and forecasting.
• Experience building exec dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Knowledge of Jira, Planview, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage resource and capacity planning across the Technology portfolio.
• Develop forecasts and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and staffing needs.
• Translate data into insights for Technology leadership.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and investment planning.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for portfolio health.
