Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to lead a portfolio of research projects across contracts and funding sources. You will develop and enforce project management standards, mentor staff, and deliver monthly progress and budget reports to clients and funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with ten years progressively responsible experience in project management.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing large teams toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing government grants and contracts for research.
• Understanding of biostatistical, technical programming, and clinical issues in health care research.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PMO Manager for a variety of projects with different contract types and funding sources.
• Lead development of project management standards, tools, processes and best practices.
• Provide monthly reporting on project financial and operational performance.
• Mentor and supervise Project Coordinators/Project Associates and project staff.
• Act as day-to-day liaison to client or funder leadership and ensure timely deliverables.
