Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to oversee a portfolio of scientific projects, including contract and grant work. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and rigorous reporting in a remote-capable setting.

You will mentor project staff, coordinate with directors and funders, and advance PMO standards while ensuring timely, on-budget delivery across diverse programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing large teams across multiple projects with budgets, timelines, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing government grants and contracts for research.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project management standards, tools, processes, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects across programs with varying contract types and funding sources.
• Mentor Project Coordinator(s) and Project Associate(s).
• Serve as PM for large-scale, complex projects across programs.
• Coordinate with PMO leadership to ensure consistent delivery and reporting.
