Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Sr. Project Management, Process & Reporting professional to drive transparency and delivery excellence across the Dental portfolio.

You will develop executive dashboards using Power BI, establish governance cadences, and lead lean portfolio initiatives with PMO, business and tech partners. You will collaborate with leaders to prioritize investments, optimize processes, and promote standardized tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a project management or PMO environment.
• Strong experience with data analysis and visualization, preferably using Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with PPM and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, Confluence).
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive dashboards with insights on portfolio health, performance, and resources.
• Establish a cadence-based reporting framework aligned to PMO governance.
• Lead a value delivery framework across the dental portfolio to realize benefits.
• Support portfolio prioritization and investment alignment with stakeholders.
• Advance lean portfolio governance to reduce waste and improve flow of work.
• Align PMO processes and tooling to enable transparency and faster throughput.
• Leverage Power BI for scalable analytics and automated reporting.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing PMO tooling support.
• Drive continuous improvement using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
