Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is hiring for a Senior Project Management Process & Reporting role within the Dental portfolio.

You will build executive dashboards, drive governance, and optimize PMO practices across the portfolio, ensuring funding aligns with strategic outcomes and measurable benefits. Responsibilities include creating cadence reporting, enabling lean governance, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership using Power BI and other PMO tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in a project management or PMO environment.
• Strong data analysis and visualization experience, preferably with Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with PPM and collaboration tools including Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, Confluence.
• Solid understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards with actionable portfolio health insights.
• Establish cadence-based reporting aligned to PMO governance (financial, resource, delivery metrics).
• Lead design and implementation of a value delivery framework across the dental portfolio.
• Support portfolio prioritization and investment alignment with PMO, business and tech leaders.
• Advance lean portfolio governance to reduce waste and accelerate decision-making.
• Align PMO processes and tooling to support lean portfolio management and transparency.
• Leverage Power BI for scalable analytics and automated reporting.
• Analyze portfolio data to provide leadership with value realization and risk insights.
