Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Sr. Project Management Process & Reporting professional to strengthen our PMO across the Dental portfolio. This role focuses on creating executive dashboards, governance, and value delivery, driving transparency and efficiency.

You will partner with PMO, business, and technology leaders to optimize funding and resources for high-value initiatives using Power BI, Smartsheet, Planview, Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a project management or PMO environment.
• Strong experience with data analysis and visualization, preferably using Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with PMO tools: Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, Confluence.
• Solid understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive dashboards with portfolio health, performance, financials and resource utilization.
• Establish a cadence-based reporting framework aligned to PMO governance.
• Lead the design and implementation of a value delivery framework across the dental portfolio.
• Support portfolio prioritization and investment alignment with PMO and business/technology leaders.
• Advance lean portfolio governance to reduce waste and speed decision-making.
• Align PMO processes and tooling to lean portfolio management and transparency.
• Leverage Power BI for scalable analytics and automated reporting.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing PMO tool support.
