Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Sr. Project Management Process & Reporting professional to drive transparency and governance across the Dental portfolio. You will develop executive dashboards, optimize PMO processes, and lead value delivery initiatives using modern PPM tools.

The role focuses on aligning initiatives with strategic outcomes, measurable benefits, and business value realization, with strong emphasis on data storytelling and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a project management or PMO environment.
• Strong experience with data analysis and visualization, preferably using Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with PPM and collaboration tools, including Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, Confluence.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive dashboards with insights on portfolio health, performance, financials, and resources.
• Establish and maintain a cadence-based PMO reporting framework aligned to governance.
• Lead design and implementation of a value delivery framework across the portfolio.
• Support portfolio prioritization and investment alignment with leadership partners.
• Advance lean portfolio governance to reduce waste and accelerate decision-making.
• Align PMO processes and tooling to enable transparency and faster throughput.
• Leverage Power BI for scalable analytics and automated reporting.
• Analyze portfolio data to provide leadership insights on value realization and risk.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices.
• Maintain and improve PMO workflows, templates, and communication.
