Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Sr. Project Management Process & Reporting professional to drive transparency and delivery excellence across the Dental portfolio.

You will develop executive dashboards, establish governance cadences, and lead a value delivery framework to ensure strategic alignment and measurable business value. You will collaborate with PMO and business leaders, leveraging Power BI and tools like Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, and Confluence to automate reporting and improve

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 3+ years in a PMO or project management.
• Experience with data visualization using Power BI.
• Hands-on with PPM tools Smartsheet Planview Jira Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive dashboards with insights on portfolio health, performance, financials, and resource utilization.
• Establish and maintain a cadence-based reporting framework aligned to PMO governance (financial, resource, delivery metrics).
• Lead the design and implementation of a value delivery framework across the dental portfolio, ensuring initiatives are aligned to outcomes and business value realization.
• Support portfolio prioritization and investment alignment with PMO, business and technology leaders.
• Advance lean portfolio governance practices, reducing waste and improving flow of work.
• Align PMO processes and tooling to support lean portfolio management and transparency.
• Leverage Power BI for visualization, reporting automation, and scalable analytics.
• Analyze portfolio data to provide insights and recommendations on value realization and risk mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards and best practices.
• Maintain PMO workflows, templates, and communication frameworks.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for PMO processes and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement using Waterfall and Agile methodologies with Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, Confluence.
• Increase efficiency by reducing manual reporting and automating data flows across PPM/Agile tools.
• Promote standardized tools and processes for consistent, scalable delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance PMO capabilities and align with portfolio priorities.
