Job summary
Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Sr. Project Management Process & Reporting professional to support Project Portfolio Management across the Dental portfolio.
You will develop executive dashboards and optimize PMO processes to improve transparency, governance, and delivery excellence. You will lead a value delivery framework, prioritize investments with PMO and technology leaders, and leverage Power BI, Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, and Confluence to drive lean governance and faster delivery across a
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent).
- 3+ years in a project management or PMO environment.
- Strong data analysis and visualization, preferably with Power BI.
- Hands-on with Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, Confluence; Agile/Waterfall basics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop executive dashboards with insights on portfolio health and resources.
- Establish a cadence-based PMO reporting framework for governance.
- Lead value delivery framework aligning initiatives to outcomes and benefits.
- Support portfolio prioritization with PMO, business, and tech leaders.
- Advance lean portfolio governance to reduce waste and speed delivery.
- Align PMO tools to enable transparency and faster throughput.
- Leverage Power BI for scalable analytics and automated reporting.
- Provide training and documentation for PMO processes and tools.
- Drive continuous improvement using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
