Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Director, IT PMO & Technology Transformation to lead a small IT PMO while personally managing two large, concurrent technology initiatives across CRM, portals, integrations, and data migration. You’ll drive governance, roadmaps, and cross‑functional coordination.

You will align the portfolio with budgets and priorities, coach project managers, and report metrics to senior leadership while ensuring regulatory and security standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, PM, Engineering or related field.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive project/program management experience including PMO leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale technology or business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a lean IT PMO with governance routines, standards, and reporting.
• Serve as lead Project Manager on two large, concurrent transformation initiatives.
• Define roadmaps, timelines, and plans spanning CRM, portals, integrations, data migration and analytics.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; provide executive summaries.
