Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-priority enterprise initiatives within the Enterprise PMO.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, harmonize executive sponsors and functional leaders, and translate strategy into executable plans that deliver measurable value. The role demands exceptional executive presence, strong judgment, and ability to influence across functions without direct authority.

Qualifications

• PMP certification current per PMI requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive project or program management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Experience establishing project governance, executive reporting, and decision-making forums for high-visibility initiatives.
• Strong command of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition.
• Partner with sponsors to define outcomes, scope, success measures, and decision rights.
• Develop integrated project plans with workstreams, milestones, and resources.
• Establish and lead program governance and executive forums.
• Coordinate across Operations, Technology, Finance, Commercial, Product, People, and others.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Prepare concise executive status reports and dashboards for timely actions.
• Support portfolio planning with data, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
