Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Senior Project Manager in our Enterprise PMO to lead high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, partner with executive sponsors, and establish governance to drive strategy, enable change, and deliver measurable business value.

The role requires a PMP, 8+ years of experience, and a proven ability to manage complex programs with ambiguity while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, Operations, and

Qualifications

• Requires PMP certification current and maintained per PMI rules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive project or program management experience.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing across functions.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from initiation to transition.
• Define problems, outcomes, scope, success measures, and decision rights.
• Develop integrated plans with milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Establish governance with executive sponsorship and escalation paths.
