Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end U.S. healthcare programs. You will oversee cross-functional teams, govern projects under PMO standards, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with clients and executives.

The role emphasizes executive communication, risk management, and delivering complex implementations on time and within regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of PM experience on US healthcare programs.
• PMP certification current per PMI requirements.
• Experience leading client-facing implementation projects.
• HIPAA-compliant environments experience.
• Strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional healthcare implementations from initiation through close.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Maintain RAID logs and governance across PMO.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports for sponsors.
• Coach junior project managers and promote delivery excellence.
