Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end U.S. healthcare programs within the PMO, ensuring governance, compliance, and top-tier client delivery.

You will collaborate with operations, technology, product, quality, and client services to drive complex implementations to successful completion. The role demands exceptional leadership, sharp executive communication, and the ability to navigate regulatory environments while building credibility with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification (current) required.
• 8+ years of PM experience in U.S. healthcare programs.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in HIPAA-compliant environments.
• Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional U.S. healthcare implementations from initiation to transition.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Establish PMO governance and drive delivery standards across portfolios.
• Coordinate governance activities: kickoffs, status meetings, and executive reviews.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, sponsors, and delivery teams.
