Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager within the Enterprise PMO to lead high-priority strategic initiatives across the company.

You will bring structure to ambiguity, align executive sponsors, and deliver measurable business value through end-to-end governance and cross-functional coordination. The role requires executive presence, decisiveness, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with complex dependencies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing across multiple business functions.
• Strong command of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from initiation through implementation, adoption, and transition to sustained ownership.
• Partner with executive sponsors and functional leaders to define the business problem, strategic outcomes, scope, success measures, and decision rights for each initiative.
• Develop and execute integrated project plans that include workstreams, milestones, critical path dependencies, resource requirements, financial considerations, and change impacts.
• Establish and lead program governance, including executive steering committees, sponsor reviews, decision forums, workstream cadences, and escalation pathways.
• Create alignment across Operations, Technology, Finance, Commercial, Product, People, and other business functions to advance enterprise priorities.
• Drive accountability for deliverables, commitments, decisions, and interdependencies; surface obstacles early and maintain momentum across competing priorities.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and organizational readiness requirements, with clear mitigation and recovery plans.
• Prepare and deliver concise executive-level status reports, dashboards, recommendations, and decision materials that enable timely, informed action.
