Job summary

Valeris is a leading life sciences commercialization partner helping customers navigate the healthcare value chain. As Senior Project Manager, you will lead high-priority, enterprise initiatives that align with Valeris’ strategic objectives and drive measurable business value.

You will coordinate across Operations, Technology, Finance, Commercial, Product, and People to deliver complex programs, manage governance, and ensure timely decisions.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive project/program management experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives across functions.
• Experience establishing governance and executive reporting for high-visibility initiatives.
• Strong command of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Define business problems, outcomes, scope, and success measures with sponsors.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, resources and budget.
• Establish program governance including steering committees and reviews.
• Provide concise executive status reports and decision materials.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and organizational readiness.
