Job summary

Hitachi Energy in the United States is seeking a PMO Functional Lead to drive governance, performance management, forecasting, and operational reporting across the NAM BU Service PMO.

You will oversee PMO governance for project management and order handling, develop executive dashboards, coordinate planning across Field Service, Shop Ops, Spare Parts, Supply Chain and Sales, and lead continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in project/program management, operations, or business performance leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems (prefer SAP) in manufacturing/service environments.
• PMP, CSM, or similar advanced PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance for PMO governance and Order Handling.
• Own PMO performance reporting, backlog governance, forecasting, and executive insights.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting on forecast confidence and risks.
• Coordinate Planning and Fulfillment across Field Service, Shop Operations, Spare Parts, Supply Chain, and Sales.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on process simplification and operational efficiency.
