The role serves as owner of PM processes, drives improvements, coordinates resources, budgets, and stakeholder engagement in a Network Control PMO environment, supporting proposals and customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of management experience in project/portfolio delivery.
• Experience managing a project portfolio and PMO governance.
• Strong understanding of project management best practices and process improvement.
• Experience engaging customers and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery and coordinate a team of Project Managers.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, and resource utilization across portfolios.
• Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes and standards.
• Coordinate with functions to address project issues and stakeholder expectations.
