You will collaborate across engineering, operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless execution from kickoff to delivery and warranty support.

The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional coordination, and financial performance, with a focus on health, safety, and operational excellence. PM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in project management, marketing, manufacturing, operations, or related environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; builds relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution and effective handoffs.
• Develop and implement consistent operational, financial, and project management processes.
• Partner with operations and logistics to evaluate project impacts and planning.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement for quality and profitability.
• Review project status, identify risks, and adjust plans to meet requirements and schedules.
• Oversee warranty and customer service activities with a customer-first mindset.
