Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks an experienced PMO Functional Lead to govern PMO and Order Handling, drive performance reporting, and deliver executive-level insights.

You will collaborate across Field Service, Shop Operations, Spare Parts, Supply Chain and Sales to standardize processes and improve forecast reliability. The role requires 10+ years in PMO/operations, the ability to influence without direct authority, and experience with SAP and BI tools.

Formación

• Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in project/program management or operations leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, in manufacturing/service.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and BI tools.
• Certification such as PMP/CSM is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee governance for PMO and Order Handling processes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.
• Own PMO performance reporting and backlog governance.
• Develop executive dashboards and forecast visibility.
• Coordinate planning across multiple functions to improve accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
