Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC in North America is seeking a Strategic Alliance PMO Lead to coordinate governance and cross-functional activities with strategic partners. This role manages governance, executive reporting, demand planning, and end-to-end delivery from opportunity development through order fulfillment.

This remote position requires leadership across complex programs and is preferably based out of Dallas, TX, with 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances and program governance to

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic business program management or alliance management.
• Proven ability to engage and influence VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of commercial and operational processes.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage alliance governance: reviews, reporting, KPIs, escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align priorities.
• Consolidate opportunities, demand forecasts, and pipelines.
• Foster collaboration between sales teams for ownership clarity.
• Align capacity and supply planning with business commitments.
• Oversee end-to-end execution from opportunity to order fulfillment.
• Develop integrated dashboards for commercial, operational, and financial KPIs.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions across stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
