• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align commercial and operational priorities.
• Consolidate opportunities, forecasts, and pipelines for joint sales planning.
• Facilitate collaboration between sales teams and partners on ownership and engagement.
• Align capacity and supply planning to meet delivery commitments.
• Oversee end-to-end execution from opportunity development to order fulfillment.
• Develop dashboards covering commercial, operational, and financial KPIs.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions across stakeholders.
