Sun Life U.S. is a major benefits provider with a nationwide footprint and a large workforce. The Sr. Project Management Process & Reporting role supports PMO activities across the Dental portfolio, delivering executive dashboards, governance, and value delivery initiatives.

You will collaborate with PMO, business, and technology leaders to optimize funding, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement using both Agile and Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a project management or PMO environment.
• Strong experience with data analysis and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with PPM and collaboration tools: Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive dashboards on portfolio health, performance, and resources.
• Maintain cadence-based PMO reporting framework aligned to governance.
• Lead design of a value delivery framework across dental portfolio.
• Support portfolio prioritization and funding alignment with leaders.
• Advance lean portfolio governance to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Align PMO processes and tooling to enable transparency and faster throughput.
• Leverage Power BI for scalable analytics and automation.
• Analyze portfolio data to provide leadership insights and risk mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices.
• Maintain PMO workflows and communication templates.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for PMO tools.
• Drive improvements using Waterfall and Agile via Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, Confluence.
